I was taken by something I overheard at an ice cream stand in Wareham, Massachusetts during a very hot evening in July 2022. A boy (probably about 8 years old) was telling his mothers that he had an idea for a horror film called "Creamed Corn Attacked the Suburbs". As I heard that title, I knew it had to be the inspiration for a song. I tried to find sounds that I liked that would make me think of how a prepared vegetable would go about taking over rows of track housing. This is what I came up with.
